Maybe not at first in lower levels but if you think of yourself as a decent player you will soon be matched with people of the same skill I play by myself because I really am not a fan of playing with others.
I try really hard to make sure less premades are in my games because I like playing by myself to learn better.
The reason why I wish I could have fun in quickplay is because I really don't want to play ranked. I used to play ranked in lol all the time and it's just too frustrating.
I don't really take into account a lot of that harder stuff because I've only been playing for about 4 months practicing a lot.
I thought that if I keep playing I will learn naturally and it has helped a lot but honestly others at my skill level shouldn't know that much more than I know.
I'm just sick of the enemy team always seeming like they know more than my team even though they shouldn't if they are really my skill level unless they were really try hard which makes me mad.
But I wish people would take quickplay more seriously because I just want to win some games and I can't even do that in quickplay. I know what i'm saying is contradicting.
I want a better experience, but I also don't want I to be so important as ranked. They should make a new game mode that is the best of both worlds.
But I just wish matchmaking was better too so both teams are balanced with no premades for solo players. The thing is even if I learn these things I wouldn't be able to apply them with the way my teams play.
I don't know what to do. I was 30 points from gold and our team lost everyone went to bed. But I wanted those last 30 so I preceded to drop 20 games and went unranked.
I didn't even know you could do that, but you can, so if you drop 3 in a row take a 10 min break. Secondly, forget about stats.
Focus on what you're actually doing. I know it sounds vague but that's what you have to do. After you die ask what you achieved.
Did you just run in aimlessly and die? Where you near your teammates at all? Did you check the obvious flank routes? Where you paying attention to your surroundings?
Focus on aspects like those and you should improve. Also we tend to overrate ourselves. Before you ask, my best rank is 2 and I've hit 4 all of the four seasons I've played and pushed legend in two of those.
Only hit legend once, did so in July. Twice I went from being a few stars away to plummeting into the depths of Rank 3. Had to regain composure the last time with only a few hours of the season to go and grind hard and focus.
Can't explain the relief. Rank 1, 2 stars, back to rank 5 or so. Was not straight losses, but over one night I went from almost legend to the start of the grind.
I'm having it right now. Now for the past 4 hours I haven't won a single one; of 30ish games. It makes no sense. Every single game I'm getting super bad opening hand and bad draws.
This has nothing to do with randomness anymore, just like drawing 0 legendaries from packs has nothing to do with randomness anymore either.
Even unstable portal gives more chance of a legendary, while it shouldnt. Again, 'randomness' my ass. After having a personal best rank last season, I struggled for 12 days to escape the grind quagmire of 20 to Got to rank 14, then went back down to 20 trying different decks on the 16th.
Of course now I'm back to 8 new Pb! Myself, when I lose 3 straight I quit for at least a full day now. I start to let bias in choices creep in based on what has worked for that session over what's in front of me.
Any reason people don't grind out games on casual for new decks? That's what I do till I know them well enough to play well with them.
What deck you play to rank 8? I just hit 8 for the first time as well but I hardly have played ranked before. I play the rush hunter deck, undertakers leper gnomes haunteds kill commands, all 3 or less mana cards and I went from 20 to 8 in like 4 hours.
Mainly I do use a few causal games to try radically different decks but time is a big reason why I don't.
The decks I did try anyway, I had used before, what I should have realised is that it was me not the deck. A few days ago, I lost 10 in a row as soon as I hit rank 5.
I quit after the 10th loss. I was totally on tilt, but I figured I couldn't keep losing with my deck -- it was a solid deck.
My matchups didn't change, it was just that I was getting rolled by perfect draws for the opponent and bad draws on my side. The next day, started with a loss.
So I thought about what was happening -- if my draws were so shitty against matchups that were typically good, how could I improve it? So I removed a couple of situational cards and added some cards to help stabilize.
I won 5 in a row from there. I typically switch between a few tech cards, depending on what I'm facing e. Ysera when I face a lot of priests, Harrison against hunters.
I'm just playing for fun and to get that portrait. Pretty sure I've had somewhere between losses in a row.
I've also had something like 13 wins a row before too. If I win 5 in a row, very often I will lose 5 in a row immediately after. The same if I lose 5 in a row, I'll often win 5 in a row right after.
I imagine it's because of the hidden elo that you don't see until you hit legendary. Today I recovered from a 11 game losing streak.
I was just climbing and dropped all the way back to rank Rank two, three stars in, was doing quite well had fun.
Started loosing, non stop, back to rank Did not change anything in my deck, there was no new release or patch. I just couldn't get the right cards for anything, half the games I started with my most expensive cards either on draw or as my first draws.
I have not been able to really play HS since to be honest, I'm just casually playing when I'm bored now. I was rank 1 last season, but dropped to rank 5 cause of a horrible loosing streak.
I finished legend the day before reset. I went from rank 4 one star to rank 6 three stars, to 8 straight hunters and I was trying molten-ramp druid deck that popped up here earlier today and I was winning at first but the tilt is absolutely real.
I got gatekeep'd in season one for 7 games, 7 times I was game away to Legend and lost every single one of them.
Since then I didn't try getting Legend for all this time - that's how much that day on ladder affected me. Hope you can recover from this and get that cardback!
I was trying an Earth Elemental based Shaman deck. I netdecked and made some changes to what I thought was a solid deck.
I went 11 losses in a row and deleted it. I was rank 4 one time and went on a losing streak back down to rank 5 and 2 stars.
I faced a warrior and was extremely tilted. I buzzard timberwolf unleashed on a warrior with a bunch of armorsmiths, acolytes, and cruel taskmasters on board but I didn't bother optimizing my draws off of buzzard pre-nerf and burned a card and gave about 4 more armor then I needed to.
I was ready to give up a few turns after that because my high manes were cleaned up really well. I ended up being in fatigue and lost due to a brawl being favorable.
The warrior had 3 health left. I would have won if I did my buzzard turn better when attacking armorsmiths.
I could feel a big rank tank incoming when I lost 4 in a row. So i decided to switch to casual to prevent rank dropping. I then proceed to lose 4 more games.
Don't think I'll get this quest completed. I'm making my first push to legend this season. I'm currently one win away from rank 1 and starting to feel optimistic.
I believe it was 5 in a row, I didnt even continue, I ragequit that night, dropped me from rank 13 down to like 18 or so, and I had just qorked my way up to 13 too iirc.
First time I went completely serious in constructed last month I went on a serious winstreak going from rank 16 to rank 8, then a couple of back and forth games got me 1 win away from rank 5, then I made a misplay, lost and went on a straight losing streak down to rank 8 with 1 loss away from rank 9, but this doesn't even compare to some of your stories, I completely understand the tilt behind all of it, and after that streak I stopped HS altogether, I only watch streams now, but I might come back into it, if only for the cardbacks.
Can't remember the losing streak that got me here, it was more gradual. Maybe in a row at a time. Can't afford to make counter decks because dust, and RNGesus doesn't want to give me good legendaries I have antonidas, krush, gruul and baron geddon.
And I never have luck in arena. It's always leokk for me. The weird thing though, is no one ever says "every hunter I face gets misha. I dropped from rank 10 to rank 17 in one sitting one time.
No idea how many games that is though. What I find worse than a bad streak is nights where you get 2 wins, 3 losses, 3 wins, 2 losses over and over and over.
Sometimes I'll have the patience to play through it but there's no shame in recognising when I don't.
I had a huge loss streak the past couple days, winning only games out of 20 or so. I've bottomed out my rank.
Even at the bottom I can't get my winrate up because there is still so much crazy aggro. Something very similar happened to me, I guess it was two seasons ago.
Something had finally clicked and I was playing better than I ever had. Only a few days into the season I was rank 5 and ended up working my way up to rank 3 about 3 stars.
This was the season that Nax was happening and the hunter cards got released along with Mad Scientist in the middle of my run up and I lost a ton of games dropping back to rank 9.
In the end I stopped playing for about a day and then came back and just played Token Druid, the deck that I played to rank 3 in the first place and made it back in a few days.
And no, I don't play Bastion or muradin, I get potg legitimately Omg it was just a prank guys, rate and comment guys, it was a social experiment bro, like and subscribe for more pranks guys, rate like and subscribe guys.
Not to mention literally every single game I play, theres a mercy on the enemy team and NONE of my teammates are smart enough to focus her.
Have you guys tried not complaining and being awesome instead? It's working out great for me! How dare the Gods work against me!
I don't remember giving them permission. You've figured me out, will! I'm specifically going into your games and making you lose!
How do I do it?! For the record, I'm at 69 losses and 90 wins currently. The game is fun regardless of the outcome.
It's nice when you win, but it's in no way a requirement. I find the game less fun in a group, For some reason we are all capable players yet in a group of 4 or more we go on these massive loss streaks and everyone starts yelling at each other..
Solo is much more relaxing and I tend to win far more than I lose.Er verliert nie die Fassung. Sie können aber jederzeit auch unangemeldet das Forum f1 kalendar.
